What you would do
- Hold short spoken calls in Dutch with an AI front-desk assistant, following a fictional patient persona
- Use set trigger phrases to check that the AI takes the right actions, such as booking an appointment or looking up a record
- Read the call transcripts and rate how accurately the AI heard and answered you
- Log problems such as cutoffs, interruptions, delays, mispronunciations and wrong actions, with timestamps
- Test the AI with background noise, very short replies, long numbers, emotional moments and unsafe requests
02 · Requirements
What they ask for
- Native or near-native Dutch with a clear, natural speaking voice
- Patience and care when reviewing recordings and transcripts
- The ability to follow multi-step labeling guidelines consistently
- A quiet room, a good microphone, a stable connection and a second device to play background noise
- Passing a short qualification assessment
Helpful, not required
- Experience in voice AI evaluation, data annotation or QA testing
- A background in healthcare administration, customer service or call centers
- Familiarity with Netherlands and Flemish varieties of Dutch
