What you would do
- Triage GitHub issues in popular open-source libraries
- Set up and containerize code repositories with Docker so they build and run
- Assess how well each project's unit tests cover the code, and how good the tests are
- Change and run codebases locally to see how well LLMs fix real bugs
- Help researchers choose repositories and issues that LLMs find hard
02 · Requirements
What they ask for
- At least three years of experience, at a tech-lead level
- Strong Golang skills
- Working knowledge of Git, Docker and setting up basic build pipelines
- The ability to find your way around large codebases and to run, change and test real projects locally
- Availability for 40 hours a week with 4 hours of overlap with US Pacific time
- Pass Turing's assessment-based review, about 75 minutes
Helpful, not required
- Contributions to, or reviews of, open-source projects
- Earlier work on LLM research or evaluation projects
