What you would do
- Build expert-level tasks that leading AI models cannot yet solve, drawn from real clinical work such as eye exams, reading OCT scans, fundus photos and visual fields, differential diagnosis and treatment planning
- Check AI answers for clinical accuracy, patient safety and fit with current ophthalmology guidelines
- Write clear, structured feedback that helps the models improve
- Work remotely at your own pace, with no set schedule or minimum hours
02 · Requirements
What they ask for
- An MD, DO or equivalent medical degree
- A completed ophthalmology residency
- A current license to practice medicine in the United States
- Working knowledge of at least one area such as retina, glaucoma, cornea, cataract surgery, neuro-ophthalmology or pediatric ophthalmology
- US work authorization
Helpful, not required
- Board certification or eligibility in ophthalmology, or subspecialty fellowship training
- Academic or teaching hospital experience, familiarity with ophthalmic imaging platforms, publications or clinical research
