What you would do
- Create tasks that today's leading AI models cannot solve, drawn from real game-development work such as gameplay programming, level setup, asset integration, physics, rendering and builds
- Assess how AI models respond to those tasks
- Write clear, structured feedback that helps the models improve
- Work remotely at your own pace, with no set schedule or minimum hours
02 · Requirements
What they ask for
- A finished bachelor's degree, or a more advanced one
- At least two years of work experience with Panda3D, Solar2D, Defold or a related technical tool
- US work authorization
- Strong written communication, and the ability to explain complex game-development concepts clearly
- Comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous setting
Helpful, not required
- Work across more than one engine, framework or discipline, for example 2D and 3D development, game art tools, or scripting in GDScript, C#, C++, Java, Lua or Python
- Industry experience at a game studio, as an indie developer or in a nearby field such as interactive media, simulation or game tooling, or a portfolio of released games

Remote, US only: the posting requires US work authorization and limits applicants to the United States. F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may qualify; STEM OPT is not supported.
